The goal here is to make some noise and have some fun! We won't get too bogged down in music theory and notation. We'll spend six one-hour sessions learning tuning, strumming, chords, rhythm, reading basic charts, guitar maintenance, and eventually playing songs. Students will need to provide an acoustic guitar, notebook, and ideally extra strings and a clip-on tuner. With six weeks of classes and a little practicing in between, we'll have you up and running in time for campfire season.
