Have you always wanted to try the Battle Ropes but they seemed just a little intimidating? Now is your chance! Using rounds of varying intensities, this class will dispel the myth that rope training only benefits your upper body. Your core, back and glutes will thank you later. This unique conditioning workout definitely keeps to the spirit of “keeping your muscles guessing keeps your muscles growing”!
