American College of Sports Medicine hails HIIT training as one of the top three fitness trends of 2017. Why? Because it works. Research has shown that exercising at a higher intensity for a shorter amount of time burns calories long after you are done so you get maximum bang for your workout buck.
This Tabata Bootcamp™ program solves the “I don’t have time excuse” by incorporating periods of work followed by periods of rest into a FUN comprehensive cardio and strength workout that focuses on upper body, lower body and core.   You work, you rest, you sweat, you’re done!
