We all have more than enough reasons to be stressed out day to day but many of us are unknowingly feeding that stress and its effects on our bodies through the things we do and the foods we eat. In this workshop, we will learn about simple things you can do every day from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed to help you keep your stress in check.
