Run your first 5k this Fall!
Date: Starting on Tuesday, October 8
Duration: 8 weeks
Location: Lake Q (Meet in front of the gazebo)
Join Jill Chisholm, an accomplished runner and RRCA Certified Running Coach for this program geared for those just starting out. We will begin each session with a dynamic warm-up and then begin a run/walk interval which we will build upon each week. At the end of the 8-week session program participants will have the confidence to sign up for their first 5k. This program takes place rain or shine.
