Wakefield Academy Registration
Wakefield Academy will be running a centralized program at the Americal Civic Center in collaboration with our Recreation Department Director, Dan McGrath, which will align to the WPS elementary hybrid schedule.
This program will be open to only our K-4 students. We will be running two cohorts, an AM cohort and PM cohort. For example, if your child requires care because he/she is in school in the afternoon (B), he/she will be part of our AM cohort. This will ensure your child is provided with a full school day of care while attending their hybrid and asynchronized and synchronized virtual learning. If your child requires care because he/she is in school in the morning (A), he/she will be part of our PM cohort.
Our program will be operating between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm on Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday following the hybrid WPS schedule. There will be no Wednesday program at this time. All midday bus transportation between our program and schools will be provided for each child.
Annual Registration Fee and Tuition will be collected upon confirmation of your registration. Registration fees and tuition fees are nonrefundable.
The annual registration fee for the 2020-2021 school year is $50 per family.
Weekly tuition cost is $135 per child. Due to our limited enrollment and State COVID guidelines, families who enroll in the full program (all 4 days) will have a preference in program participation. If you do not need the full program, please still complete the form and we will contact you. Tuition will be collected on a monthly basis. Payment will be due prior to the start of the month.
*SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the limited enrollment, your child will not be enrolled in the WA program until you have received a confirmation notification from Wakefield Academy. No payment is due at this time.
