Rock Climbing

Our youth climbing clinic is a great first step for younger participants interested in learning about the sport of climbing in a fun, low-stress environment. In this program, the coaches will introduce our participants to the skills and concepts that climbers need to build a solid foundation for climbing growth. The youth clinic strives to open the door for youth climbers to become comfortable in the gym and make lasting friendships. The coaches will use a mix of climbing instruction and team-building games to facilitate each practice. Clinic participants will learn climbing vocabulary, techniques, and body awareness, all in an inviting environment. 
 
Location: Central Rock Gym Stoneham
10 Adam Road, Stoneham, MA 02180
 
Sundays (8 weeks)
January 5th - March 2nd (No February 16th) 
Time: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Cost: $380 per session
Ages: 7 - 12 y/o

All gear needed for participation in this program is included.
There will be no snack break for this program or food served but participants are encouraged to bring water. 
This program is a drop-off program. Parents do not need to stay.


All participants in this program must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian, a CRG orientation form completed, and an Auto Belay orientation form completed. Both documents should be completed on our website.  Orientations will take place on the first day of the programs.  All documents should be completed on our website in advance to help streamline the check in process.
