Runners racing with focus on feet


Does your child love to run? Do they want to learn more about the fundamentals of running?  This program is geared for children ages 9-12 that want to get moving and begin to experience the joy that running can bring.  Each session will be a different style run, helping the kids to build off the session before and grow stronger each time.  Running can be a lifetime sport and teaches such valuable lessons of how to mentally and physically " digging deep", show perseverance and commitment!
 
The last session will be a fun run race format that the kids will build to get ready for! The race will be a 1 mile race with prizes given to the top 3 finishers!
