Little Lights Yoga - Ages 3 to 6

Welcome to Little Lights! Your child will engage in mindful movement as well as social emotional learning. Class can consist of breath awareness, a warm up, exposure to yoga poses (both individual and partner/group poses), games, a small craft, read alouds, and some quiet time to reset. Children work independently and collaboratively to cultivate a sense of community and belonging. I can’t wait to move with you and see your light shine!

Waiver must be filled out before first class, Little Lights Yoga Waiver
