BEGINNER CLASS
Have you been wanting to try pickleball but don’t feel comfortable just showing up during an open play session? Not sure how to swing a paddle, where to stand on the court or how to keep score? Well, here’s your chance to learn the fundamentals of the fastest growing sport in the country by signing up for Adult Pickleball lessons.
INTERMEDIATE CLASS
This class will focus on speed of play, forward movement, power / finesse, and strategic nuances of the game will be covered. The focus will still remain on having FUN, but with a higher degree of intensity and focus. Participants must have a minimum 75% service success rate, be able to “dink” rally, and be able to keep accurate score. Instructor reserves the right to move students to another level after first class for their own benefit and that of the class.
Anyone looking to participate in the Intermediate Class must attend an evaluation session to be held on Sunday, August 16th from 3PM-4:30PM at the Americal Civic Center Gym.
