This is a full-body workout that follows a consistent, effective sequence in every class. Using just your bodyweight and a yoga mat, you will move through:

About the Instructor:
Kate is a certified barre instructor with a background as a former competitive dancer, actor and TV journalist and reporter. She first discovered barre while looking for the perfect workout to get in shape for her wedding and immediately fell in love with the effective, low-impact method. Her passion for the classes inspired her to become an instructor so she could share that same positive experience with others. Kate also teaches theater to students with the Children's Playhouse of Wakefield and loves to travel with her husband and two daughters.
