Wakefield Recreation is excited to collaborate with McDavitt Sports to bring their Field Hockey clinics to Wakefield. Coach Tina (McDavitt) Mattera is a Wakefield resident and current coach at a local D3 college. These high level clinic will benefit any player of all ability levels.
Tina Mattera has been a collegiate field hockey coach for over 20 years both at the Division 1 and Division 3 levels. In 2012 she was named the DIII National Coach of the Year. Tina played at Boston University and was a member of the US National Indoor Team from 2004 - 2011. She currently resides in Wakefield with her husband Chuck and two daughters.
