Our special mindfulness series is designed to help you de-stress by exploring often-overlooked aspects of life. Each class will highlight unique themes, including self-care, the mind-body connection, balance, self-compassion, emotional resilience, positive relationships, finding purpose, and more.  Doors open at 7:00 PM. We encourage participants to attend as many sessions as possible to fully benefit from the series. Session I and Session II will cover different topics so join us for both sessions.  Come in any attire and all are welcome!Access to mental health promotion in our community contributes to overall well-being of our residents.
